Need help in dynamics crm print queue in Outlook

I have installed an add-on program in outlook which is the Dynamics CRM so I can synchronize the data between the 2.  Can I access this even when offline?  Can I view 300 records per page then print it simultaneously?  Can dynamics crm print queue in Outlook?

John,

You use to be able to get access to this program offline but the problem was that it was not keeping up with the data inputted fast enough. Now Microsoft has it to where you can access it through the internet on even a mobile device. You can also customize this program to view the amount of record you want. If you are a Dynamics CRM outlook client your emails can be queued in Outlook.
