Need an excellent offline logo creator for free

Hello Friends,

I need few logos to be created by myself. I am not an expert in any Graphic software. My friend suggested that we can have online and offline logo creation software in internet by which we can create excellent logo. Please help me to find an excellent offline logo creator, which can be downloaded for free from the internet.

You can try the tool for freely design the logo. The logo is as simple using this tool. The software Company Logo Designer  is used to design Logo in offline.
