I am not really sure what you want from your cell phone. Viable Korea VK mobile has been abandoned. It was produce by a south Korean company. Now the is discontinued. Probably that is why your phone could not able to registered.
What you need to do is contact the customer care. They'll able to guide you properly. But I must tell you that even their website is not found on the internet.

Unfortunately, all VK mobile phones have been long discontinued since 2006, for that reason, you cannot register your mobile phone.
