Are there avaya phone tricks to avoid calls in office? What I mean, appearing to be calling when one actually is not.

There are a lot of tricks that you can use. One can even block calls at your desired times so that you won’t get interrupted. Another one is you can block a phone call from a particular caller id. Hi Rowen.

From what I understand in your request, you are looking for ways to appear like you are making or attending a call in the office without actually making one, right?

Avaya phones have call management settings you can use to manage the calls that come to your phone. For example,

Call Holding would allow you to hold a call until you are ready to talk again.

Call Barring would enable you to block all incoming calls completely.

Call Redirecting would transfer calls going to your phone i.d to other phones in your workplace.
