While exporting some docs I had previewed, I encountered this error while the progress report showed “Distributing Images”. What could be the problem?

Dear Rebecca Bessette,

That error appears when you try to copy several doc items at the same time while your memory is full and cannot accept all that docs together.

You can do such exporting after restarting your PC and directly use to export them before doing anything else to make your system free for doing such action.

Or you can split them and export them one by one not together which will be more effective.

Hope to be helpful

Hi there Rebecca Bessette,

The error you're getting says that you cannot access the part of your hard drive you are trying to store your documents. The simplest workaround is to choose another location for storing your files.

If you look at the error you're getting closer, you'll see that the problem is in the incorrect path: file:///C:/Program Files. There is one extra slash in the beginning of the path and it is normal that the system cannot access the path as there is no such place on your hard drive. I've done some research and found out that this was a bug quickly solved in some of the previous versions of the NeatWorks software, so you may want to update your software to the current version.

Best regards,

Drake Vivian
