Hello guys, I need your help because mybb test forum pic has an error. When I registered to their website and uploaded a photo it seems like the photo was not recognized by the website although it has a jpeg format. How come it doesn’t appear as my profile picture? I hope you can help me. Thanks

Mybb test forum pic has an error.

One of the reason why your photo is not recognized is because of its resolution. most of the photo used for profile picture has a standard size for the forum to accept. If your photo has the right resolution it might also caused by the file size, some forums allow only 100kb maximum size for profile picture. I suggest follow the forums instructions regarding the required size and file size for the photo to be uploaded as your profile picture.
