My Samsung Star 3 showing problems

I recently brought a new Samsung Star 3. At beginning it was good, but recently it show some issues.

It is with its full screen changing, usually it goes to full screen when I hold it vertically. But now it is not going to full screen mode.

I tried rotating it, no use. Some one please help me with this.

Hi there! Maybe you just pressed something or somebody pressed something accidentally on your phone that made the screen rotation locked. Usually, Samsung phones have screen rotation widget. Just swipe your finger from top to bottom to open the drop down screen and see the widgets. Then just press the auto-rotation to enable it. Another thing to enable the auto-rotation screen is to go to your settings menu. Then look for the Display settings. Once you found it, press it and then another menu will come out. Look for the Auto-rotate screen. You can either check it to enable the auto-rotation or uncheck it to disable the auto-rotation. Hope this helps.
