It is a very useful software for who are very busy in everyday life. Because it gives you Traffic alerts in your area. Suddenly it's not responding to network. Is here anyone who is using this software?
Since you did not mention what version of the Samsung Galaxy Note you are using, you probably need to check the version of your operating system or the Android version of your device. It must have been an update to the mobile operating system that caused your mobile app to stop functioning.
But after checking on the RAC traffic app, I don’t see any problem that can make the app stop working on your device. This is because, even if you install the latest version, RAC 4.2.0 traffic app, it will still work on Android 2.3 and higher. So, I’m sure the app has no issue on your mobile operating system.
So, since you said the app stopped responding, try installing the latest version. If you regularly install updates to your operating system, it probably corrupted the system files of the mobile app. Also, since it is a traffic app, make sure your device is connected to the internet so it can check the traffic status.
