My pc is affected by trojan virus

I use windows vista business edition in my pc. Recently I it shows an error message in the screen.

The error is: Attention! Some dangerous Trojan horses affected in your system.

Windows vista business files corrupted.

This may lead destruction of important files 

I have scanned the pc with antivirus and windows defender also.

But the situation is same.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi. I would be alarmed as well if i will get a pop up like that in my screen. The first time i encountered that , i was so afraid that my PC is in trouble. I called friends, i chatted online, i referred to computer shops but all that they have to tell me is that: ignore it.  As long as you have an active security software running then no need to worry. These are online scanners. They might appear to be very helpful notifying you that your computer is infected and that they can fix the solution by downloading their software, but the least that you know, when you download it, they will implant a virus or spyware in  your computer. Spywares actually comes in various forms, and one of the most common is the one that you are getting. They might appear a fix but a threat in the real sense. As long as you don't see any problem with how your computer is performing, especially on the speed,  then no need to worry.  Just make sure your security software is updated. Never ever try to download programs that you are not familiar with. Always research about it. Remember, threats comes in various forms. Have a good day!
