This is a very frequent problem not only for Outlook 2010 but all versions of Outlook. There are many ways to which you can solve this problem.
- Close the application completely. Sign out from Outlook and sign in again.
- You also need the completely disable Outlook by going to the Control Panel and turning off the Windows feature. (Microsoft Outlook)
- Now restart the Outlook application and log in to your account.
