My new version QMC program can’t load properly

I get an error dialog box below every time I try to start the QMC program version 4.5.

I uninstalled the older version (4.0.0.20) and deleted all files from program files and AppData.

I might have missed something because the error still persists.

Please provide me solutions to answer this problem.

My new version QMC program can’t load properly

Try to load the last variant from the website, first.

If you want to reinstall, first uninstall the old type and go to in the following folder and withdraw all files from:

C:UsersWilliams FamilyAppDataRoamingCocoon SoftwareQuickMediaConverter.Now reinstall and alter after if all files are presents after that you self symptomless in firstly minute launched QMC.

Try again to persuade a recording file.

If the problem still persists then you should try to change the system in order to check if this application works on other machine.

If installation of QMC is excavation finished, control your machine.
