  • Your Apple iPod is a very nice iPod. Sometimes iPod have this kind of problem. IPods are very sensitive. Apple brand is the number one brand in the world.
  • Your iPod might have a problem in the off and on button. Check that the button is working well. You can go to you nearest servicing Centre. Change the switch of the iPod or check what kind of problem do you have. There should be many causes for your problem. The circuit board might also have a problem. So, to repair this you should go to your nearest servicing center.

I think you have got your answer.

Hi

You are so lucky to buy a nice iPod. It is a wonderful and a very popular Apple Brand iPod. I think your problem is a simple one and not a big problem.  Sometimes a little problem make seem to be a very big problem to us. Your problem may be in the button or on of switch .

  • You must try to go to a servicing center to remove this problem. It must be ok when it is serviced and well checked.  Or  you should go to the sales center from where you bought the phone. They must help honestly .
  • Secondly your problem may in the battery . Sometimes Battery may be down for some unfortunate reason. You should check your battery.
  • Thirdly your problem may be in the battery connection. If you try to set up pin with battery +,- connection is ok then your iPod may be ok.

Thanks for asking this kind of question . I hope your problem is solved.

Your friend.

Hello,

I think you should reinstall your Ipod's software. If its 1-2 generation be careful because probably the new softwares won't run on it. After reinstalling you should update your Itunes too. If you can't simply do it because it doesn't start still try to take it into DFU mode. You can find it on the internet if you only type DFU mode Ipod the first which you get from the search engine is just ok. I think after that you should reinstall your software.

Good luck!
