Multiple choice fields in Microsoft Access 2007

I have bought MS Access 2007 and am interested in using the multiple choice or multivalued  fields. I have a really long list of choices and I would like to use this feature for it.

Are there any helpful tutorials (possibly in italian?) on this subject that can get me started?
