Hello there,

I just installed Mudbox on my PC and when I tried to open the program this error appeared and closed the process. The installer was not corrupt and is compatible with my Windows 7. Any solution ? What this entry point means and what is causing this ?

Thanks !

Sounds like something is messed up inside the Mudbox driver and so it’s showing such issue.

“QtOpenGL4.dll” is the runtime that allows programs created with Qt OpenGL run perfectly, having their right environment to work. In order to fix this issue, you have to get a fresh installation copy of Mudbox. Download Mudbox. This is a trial edition, so you have to activate it with your activation key.

Otherwise, you can install the DLL file all by yourself, just be careful.

1. Download QtOpenGL4.dll.

2. Copy the file into “C:WindowsSystem32” or “C:WindowsSysWOW64” if you’re on 64-bit OS.

3. Start an elevated Command Prompt and run the following command:
regsvr32 qtopengl4.dll

4. Start Mudbox.

Hope no more issue with Mudbox.
