Hello there.

This is my suggestion for you. If you are sure that you already installed your printer go to start then  printer and faxes.

Search for your printer. Right click then set as a default printer.

To make sure that you can print in Microsoft word go to file. Choose print then look for the dropdown list under the yellow print button. If its not your printer then just simple choose your printer.

Then you are done. have a nice day.

Hello Jhobugz,

The following procedure should help you resolve the issue that you are getting:

  • On your computer click Start, and then point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  • After that you will need to double-click Add Printer, and then follow the instructions to install your default printer driver.
  • In the event that you are using Microsoft Windows XP, you will need to use the following steps:
  • Click Start and then click Printers and Faxes.
  • After that you will go to Printer Tasks and then click Add a printer.
  • After that you will just follow the instructions to install your default printer driver.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Carl
