A module could not be registered in TuneUp Utilities

I did try Sandboxie 3.41.07, and it is not compatible.

The error message is below that I receive during the installation:

Tuneup – Utilities – Installation

TuneUp Setup

Amodule could not be registered.

Module: TUDefragService

Action: 2

Error: 80070431 (-2147023823)

However I have also the earlier version of TuneUP unsandboxed in my computer

Dear Roman Curtis,

TuneUp Utilities is a program that works with some of the most sensitive files and folders of your Microsoft Windows operating system. Therefore it needs unrestricted access in order to be installed and used. In other words you cannot install TuneUp Utilities in a sandboxed environment. The reason why you are getting that error is because the defragmenting module is not getting sufficient access to the system.
