Mkvtoolnix unable to functioning as I need

I’ve got a video and I am required to add additional vocals, particularly commentary to the video but I’ve got no idea how to do it. Thanks to Google as it suggested me to get hand on the mkvtoolnix software. Nevertheless, the time I click on the ‘mmg.exe’ it delivers the following error message.

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application. ”

Please help me?

Mkvtoolnix unable to functioning as I need

You are getting this error message because of your program is trying to access a memory that is not assigned to it.

The cause that makes the program attempting to access a wrong memory range can be anything; any bug or malware can cause this problem.

What you can try to do is:

Run your program as administrator, an in compatibility mode with Win XP, you can do this by right click on the program and chose Property–> Compatibility.

You can also try to uninstall your program and remove all the folders related to it, and reinstall it again.
