MicroSurvey embeddedCAD Engine Core Error on Installation

I am running Windows 7 32-bit and I am attempting to install the embeddedCAD 2012 but the error below keeps showing. It says:

*** ERROR ***

Cannot continue,MicroSurvey embeddedCAD engine core not found.

Press Cancel on the next dialog, and try again after it has been installed.

Contact MicroSurvey Technical Support if this error continues.

I don't understand why the error occurs so can someone please help me fix it? Thanks in advance.

This error shows that your version of program does not match your operating system. It's either you are running a 32 or 64 bit version of the embeddedCAD. To fix this, ensure that the software you are trying to install matches your operating system. Check it in your OS properties. Go to Control Panel and then System and Security. Go to System and your computer's name to check on your computer's information.
