Microsoft Word 2007 Not Responding

When creating a word document I always used Microsoft Word but this afternoon when I save my file the Microsoft Word hanged and it immediately close. When I opened it again and saved other file the same problem occurred. I’m using this Microsoft Word for the past 5 years but why is it this problem appeared right now? Do I have to uninstall and install it again?

You don’t need to uninstall the program immediately. You must run the Microsoft Office Diagnostic. It is a series of test that can help you to find out what is wrong to your system or program and help you to solve this issue. It will check your computer with the variety of problem like disk error, corrupt files, and incompatibility of files. To begin the diagnostic test, you need have an internet connection and you must need to close other program running in your Windows. Next, you these steps to run the diagnostic test: first, click the Office button, next, the Word option button. You click the diagnostic button and then click Run Diagnostic. It will take for 15 minutes, it will check the error logged by Windows or by the disk itself and it will fix or repair some problem directly then it will give some recommendation how to solve some other issue.
