Hi there,

I have this error with Skypeand I cannot solve it. My researches on the Internet have zero results and I can’t get rid of it. Does anyone have any idea how can this error be solved ? I did something wrong in my PC ?

Hello Bill,

Try below solution.  Run sfc/scannow and check whether there is any issue.

1. Reset Internet Explorer. Internet Options -> Advanced -> Restore Advanced Settings -> Reset

2. Run cleaning Manager. To run it go to command prompt, type cleanmgr tuneup. Checkmark "Temp Internet Files" Click OK and delete the files.

3. Uninstall and Reinstall Skype. 

4. Update PC drivers.
