Hi Friends,

At what time I am hoping to amend my password after every 1 and half month, I wish for it to be as effortless as achievable (since let’s look it, my mind power is demanding being dedicated to having to memorize a fresh password).

It looks risk-free to start with, appearing each bit like your regular password rearrange form*.

However after that you obtain to the two buttons. “Change Password” or “Continue”. In my puzzlement, I presently strike the “Enter” key, which luckily turns on either button is imaginary to be pushed.

In fact I made a little mistake, since I received the following error message: “The credentials entered are not valid. Verify that the password entered for the old password is valid, and try again.”

I asked to me, “that is strange, I am confident I formed in my previous password appropriately.” I pressed the “Continue” button, can reverse to the form, typed my previous password out in simple text in my browser site bar, copied and pasted it into the password reorganize form, typed in my fresh password, strike “Enter” (because I was not confident that which button is to push yet), and finished up back at the same error once more.

The credentials entered are not valid. Verify that the password entered for the old password is valid, and try again.

Hello Jettphoenixx,

I suggest that you check if the letter is in a capital font or a small font. Also, you must check if your Caps Lock button is on or off, using the keyboard light.

After doing that, if you do not find a solution, I suggest that you contact their admin panel, or you can use the “forget password” option.

I hope this helps you.
