Microsoft Outlook New Getting New Mails.

I have been using Microsoft office from long times for emailing. From few days I am not receiving any mails. My friends are complaining that I am not replying to any of their mails. One of my friend told me to click on the send/receive option on outlook. After doing it I am getting an error, Please see the Image attached. I will be glad if you can tell me any solution for this problem.

 

Error:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server – Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'

Microsoft Outlook New Getting New Mails.

Hi,

This is general Problem for Microsoft office outlook. Please open your outlook and then follow below steps.

Click Tools then under tools sub menu click Mailbox Cleanup. Now click View Mail box size. For your clear understanding please see below image.

If you see that Inbox and Send Items folder size is near about 2 GB then please transfer your all mail to another folder by create a new folder. After transfer all mail to another folder, please compact all mail boxes.

After finish all work, please close outlook and then open again.

Hope your problem will solve.
