Microsoft office outlook error – Auto Reply message Could not be displayed

Hi.

When tried to open another user's mailbox in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and then clicked Out of Office Assistant on the Tools menu, I received the following error message. How can I fix this issue? Help me to resolve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Microsoft office outlook error – Auto Reply message Could not be displayed

Hi John,

This issue may caused by your MAPI profile being located in a different mailbox, since you said you are using a different account. There is a hotfix available in Microsoft this is intended to correct the problem after running the hotfix you may also want to test it a couple of times.

Click the link here to see the hotfix but make sure that you have the Exchange server 2003 sp2 installed on your computer and then restart your computer after installing the hotfix. There is also a work around suggesting to disable the Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook.

Got o the Email account dialog box and then clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.
