Microsoft Dynamic CRM Configuration Wizard error

Hi Experts,

Over the past few days I have been unable to configure Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for my outlook.

 

I am receiving configuration error messages. I previously had Dynamic CRM 2011 Client for MS Office Outlook on the same system. It seems to be that perhaps some remnants are still present which is posing an issue.

 

Has anyone seen the below mentioned error ?

 

 

Microsoft Dynamic CRM Configuration Wizard

 

Action Microsoft.Crm.Config.Client.InstallPstAction failed. LaunchOutlookInstallerProcess failed.

Microsoft Dynamic CRM Configuration Wizard error

Hi Dennis,

You problem is a complicated one but most of the outlook user experience it. Several users need to reinstall it and make a new account. You can check a blogger posts on the following links (just for a reference):
