Message Window Failed to find the device

I am new to MAC OS. I have recently purchased a MAC Snow leopard OS X 10.6 laptop.

I am trying to play a simple game on the PC. I have the game already installed on my machine. But when I try to play the game using the device, I get the following error message.

 

Message Window Failed to find the device

 

Do I need to install something else, in order for me to play this game?

Any help on this is appreciated.

Message Window Failed to find the device

You can even try the device Manager to find out exactly what hardware and also what drivers you have.  Something to test within, can be your Exhibit. You will need to put in the motorist for the monitor.

Message Window Failed to find the device

Too bad you did not indicate in your post the name of the game you are trying to play with your new Mac computer. If you are not familiar with the game, study first how the game is played using the Help menu.

All games have Help section so that players will know how to play the game more effectively. I’m sure you will also find there the required equipment of the game, if it needs an extra device to be able to play it. Maybe the game is set to use a joystick and since you don’t have it because you are new to the game, it displayed the message Failed to find the device because it did not detect any joystick installed. Check the settings of the game and change it according to your current installed hardware.
