MEMORY CARD NOT WORKING IN BLACKBERRY

Dear Experts,

 

I am facing a very frustrating issue with my Blackberry Bold. The memory card I was using has stopped working in the phone. I tried everything, restarting the set, took out the battery etc. but no change.

I thought that the card has malfunctioned, BUT I was surprised to note that the same card is working fine on my laptop slot & other card reader.

Than to check the card reader slot of my BB set, I borrowed another card from my colleague and it worked fine.

I am unable to understand what is wrong with the card or my BB

Hi, if memory card is not working properly in your black berry mobile phone. As you know it is very difficult to diagnose that why not it working. In a detail description of this issue we have an idea about the symptoms, observed results and buttons pressed can be help, especially when any type of message is popup. As you have been written here that you have checked your memory card in other mobiles and it is working there. So it is clear that there is no any problem in the memory card. So problem is in your black berry mobile phone which is culprit. This issue can be solve by repairing the phone, it should be work after it but better will be that you must be replace your phone with another one.

Hi 

According to your question memory slot as well as memory card is fine. But it does not working in your black berry bold.

First, you should "format" your memory card saving data to other devices.

Secondly, you can flash / or put a new setup for you black berry.
