Making outlook available on 2 computers?

I am helping a friend make outlook available on both his desktop and laptop so he can see his emails on the go. He has a yahoo account. When I change the account settings, it tells me that the email already exists. Is this because he has it already on his desktop? How can I get this to work?

HI! I do not believe it is because the email account is already set-up on his desktop. Basing on the error message you posted, it is possible that there is another profile on the laptop’s Outlook that is using the same email address, in that case you just have to delete or use that email profile. If you are still having the same problem, you can also try this. Check that the names of the folders in the archive folder are identical to the names of the folders in the personal file. These names of the folder are case sensitive and must be identical – if the names don’t match then you would get the error message: Error while archiving folder (name of folder) in store "Personal Folders". A folder by this name already exists. To resolve this you just have to rename the folder so that they are exactly identical. Hope this helps.
