Is there specific software to make a high resolution icon?

Make a high resolution handset icon

Hello Eric,

It seems you want to make high resolution handset icons. Creating high resolution icons depends mostly on the model and applications of your handset. A launcher icon is the graphic that represents the application.

Launcher icons are used by Launcher applications and appear on the user’s Home screen. Launcher icons can also be used to represent shortcuts into your application.
