Mac Webcam Skin features and compatibility

I am having problems with my new Apple MacBook specially the setting up of my webcam’s tone. It is either too dark or too light. Is it connected with the new features of Mac called the Retina Display? What are its features and advantage? 

Please help me with this matter.

Mac Webcam Skin features and compatibility

 

Hi,

The retina display of the Mac book offers very sharp and colorful images. The webcam's tone can be adjusted according to your requirement. You can also adjust the picture settings according to the weather. If you are in the sun you can use the outdoor setting, if you are under a tube light you can use the tube light settings, etc. There are a few pre-installed picture settings that you can use.

You can also change the picture settings to match your light and picture needs. The brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. can be adjusted in the picture settings to get a sharp image. You can adjust these settings before you take the image or after you take the image. The image editor allows you to add picture details to make the image look better.
