Hi Experts,

I am looking for the Lenovo sound devices and required drivers. I am using the Lenovo laptop G-series and its sound is not working properly. Please send me details about how to resolve Lenovo sound devices / drivers problem. Thanks!

Hello! Good Day!

The first thing you should do Ma'am is to know the model name/number of your Lenovo laptop. Then now  you can search its driver/s in the web.

Try to download in the Lenovo website for more security. 

https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/

If that doesn't help, try also the System Restore, It will restore your laptop to an earlier time. Choose the restore time when sound devices was still working.

Do you have the specific model number of your laptop?  We need this in order to address your concern, as different models have different sound modules installed, leading to different driver requirements. But if you are unable to know your device, try using the following options:
 
Install your drivers using the driver installation disk provided with your device.
 
factory reset, as it will restore your device to its factory defaults, where your sound module works best.
 
system update (windows 7 and up), as this service locates the best possible driver to work with your system.
