The link was not published. Therefore,it is unavailable. I have installed DL19837065. After the installation process is completed I come across the fact that the Vault 2013 Addon for MS Office applications stops functioning.

In some cases, even if it seems to work, the icons become greyed out. In some other cases, if I try to run the application, I get an error message, which is similar to the one given below.

Error

Could not load file or assembly

'Autodoesk.DataManagement.Client.Framework.Vault.Forms,

Version=17.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=aa20f34aedd220e1' or

one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an

incorrect format.

Now I want to know the details about how to fix this problem up.

I hope Techyv.com must have someone who can give a solution to this problem.

If this is the first time that this happens, try rebooting your computer then try it again. Check if it works after a restart. If still nothing happened and the Microsoft Office add-in you installed is still not functioning, try uninstalling it then install it back. See if this method has a good effect on your program. If this step also doesn’t have a positive effect on the program, check if the installed add-in is very much compatible with your present version of Microsoft Office package. An incompatible add-in will result to a not functioning application.

You may also try uninstalling the whole Microsoft Office package. This will also uninstall the add-in you previously installed. Restart your computer after this. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install Microsoft Office again followed by the add-in then see if this fixes the problem.
