I am getting this error while trying to update my line 6 monkey it is giving me the following error. I figured that my internet connection is working fine. Does anyone know the solution to this problem.
Line 6 monkey Update failed. (Code 80000000A) an undefined error occurred: Make sure the cable is still connected and try the update again.

Your Line 6 monkey Update failed and an undefined error occurred. There may be a two most common reason behind this problem. I am stating here the most common.
> Make sure the cable is still connected and try the update again. It works great sometimes. So, I will recommend it to you too.
> If your problem is not resolved still then you have to reinstall your MIDI connections drivers and it will work definitely.
