I have a Lexmark E260dn, it has no panel screen, just lights. I am unable to print and it seems to be not responding to anything. I restarted several times and it's still doing the same thing. All lights on the panel are flashing. Is there anything else I can try to fix this issue? What does these lights mean?

Cruz,
When lights just blink and nothing else happened is an indication of an internal error in the printer.
What you need to do is to get the secondary error signal. With the lights blinking, press the "continue" button (green one) twice. You will get a series of slow blinks after you pressed the button. Match the blinks you got with this table:
Continue blinking: error 90x
Continue and  Error blinking: error 91x
Continue and Paper Jam blinking: error 92x
Continue, paper jam and error blinking: error 93x
Continue and load paper blinking: error 94x
Continue, Load Paper and Error blinking: error 95x
Continue, Load Paper and Paper Jam blinking: error 96x
Continue, Load Paper, Paper Jam and Error blinking: error 97x
Continue and toner low blinking: error 98x
Continue, toner low and error blinking: error 99x
Here the error list:
90x error is a software error.
91x error indicates a problem with the DC motor or the transfer roller. The printer will require service to correct the issue. Please see Additional Assistance below for more information.
92x error indicates a problem with the fuser unit or the toner sensor. The printer will require service to correct the issue. Please see Additional Assistance below for more information.
93x error indicates a problem with the printhead unit, drive motor, or points to an RIP/engine communication failure. The printer will require service to correct the issue. Please see Additional Assistance below for more information.
94x error indicates a problem with the engine board or a RIP/engine communication failure. The printer will require service to correct the issue.
95x error indicates a problem with the controller card (specifically the NVRAM, ROM, or NAND). The printer will require service to correct the issue.
96x error indicates a failure with the RAM memory
97x error is a Network error
98x error indicates a paper port communication error. The printer will require service to correct the issue.
99x error indicates a problem with an optional paper feed device.

Hope this helps
