Lenovo solution center shows hardware error?

Hey guys,

I want to know why my laptop which is from Lenovo manufacturer with Windows 8.1 is showing hardware error. Actually my laptop is really slow ad hangs every time I use any app in it and for that reason I ran all virus and hardware scan using Lenovo solution center and it shows hardware test not passed what shall I do now. Please answer me

You might have seen that Lenovo Solution center tests both your Hard Drive as well as Memory using a variety of methods. It is important for you to recognize as to which of them has gone bad.
