I am unable to deliver events through the filter: InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISL "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" couldn’t be reactivated for namespace "//./root/CIMV4" due to error 0x80041003. How to solve event id 10 wmi error?

Learning More About Event Id 10 WMI Error And Its Solution.

I have successfully solved this problem.

First, boot into safe mode. Then, open ‘services’ and put a halt to the ‘Windows Management Instrumentation Service’. Now, take ownership of the contents of the "C:WindowsSystem32wbemRepository” folder. Now delete the folder and reboot. But before deleting the folder, make a backup of the folder. When you boot, you may notice many errors, but that’s okay. Reboot again and this time, the event id 10 wmi will not be there. It will vanish with the other above mentioned errors. I hope this works for you.
