I am using VeriFone VX570 Credit Card Terminal (Dual Communication DCSC) (M25755302NAA) which is displaying VeriFone VX570 error code “modem profile not set” during setup. Can anyone explain how to set modem profile using this device? Thank you in advance.

Learn To Resolve VeriFone VX570 Error Code Displaying Error “modem Profile Not Set.”

The VeriFone error “modem profile not set” is mainly because of the reason that modem profile is not loaded on your device or is removed because of tamper error or RTC. You can reload the modem profile to check whether it works, and the problem does not exist anymore. If not, there is a chance that your I/O module needs a replacement due to a breakdown or so. In that case, you will have to call your service operator.
