Recently, during installation of an application on my computer. Suddenly the installation process stopped with the message an internal error has occurred and error code 1063 was displayed. Being from a non-technical background, I have no prior knowledge to solve this issue. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

Hello, the error code 1063 occurs mostly when you are trying to install an application which already exists on your device. You can easily resolve by checking whether the app is already installed or not. If it is, then uninstall it and reinstall the app.

This error may also occur after updating windows which make the shortcut disappear from the desktop. You can search the application from the search toolbar and uninstall it.

Another way to fix error code 1063 is by clearing all temporary memories from the device in the drive where Windows is installed, then search for the folder named as temp directory in windows folder and deleting all the components Then use the app as administrator of the system.
