Hi. The steps which need to be followed so as to know how to archive Yahoo e-mail are as follows-
1) Click on e-mail 2) Select the archive icon Then, to unarchive the e-mail on the computer,
1) Click on the archive folder
2) Select the e-mail
3) Click on restore to inbox option To move the e-mails from the mailbox, follow the steps,
1) Hold the e-mail
2) Next to the e-mails you want to, check the box
3) Click on the icon of move
4) Either click on the destination folder or create a new folder To move the e-mail while you view it,
1) Select the move icon
2) Click on the destination folder

Archiving messages in your Yahoo! account is very easy. It’s just like moving messages from one folder to the other but the difference is that when you move a message, you are asked where to put that message or to what folder you want to transfer it or maybe you want to create a new folder for it and place it there.
With archive, you don’t need to select where to put it. It goes to one folder only, the “Archive” folder. All messages you archive goes to this same folder. To archive your email messages, log in to your account then select the messages in your “Inbox” or in any folder that you want to archive then click “Archive”.
You can also press “E” on your keyboard after you select the messages to archive. After that, the messages you selected will be moved to the “Archive” folder. All messages you archive will be there for good and will not be deleted.
