Hi. I am not very hands-on with using Google maps. I also want to learn how to use maps without putting the voice feature on. How to use Google maps no voice? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Learn How To Use Google Maps No Voice

Hi. To use Google maps no voice, first open the app on your device. Next, search for the place to be commuted to on the map. Then, select the mode of transportation that you would like to use and plan the journey accordingly after the time is indicated on the screen.

Any alternative routes will be shown in grey on the map. Start the navigation by using a grey arrow pointing upwards and to stop the navigation click on the cross sign. The volume level can be changed by clicking on menu, then settings. In settings, click on the navigation settings and then adjust the voice level from among three options namely louder, normal and softer. The alerts can be mute, unmute as well as heard by opening the Google Maps app, and starting the navigation.

After this, click on the icon of a speaker and either mute it, put it on alert or unmute it by tapping it once again after it is muted.
