I have a question about snipping tool for window 7. Can someone, please tell me about the use of this tool?

Open Start menu, then enters snipping tool in the search box, and then click on Snipping Tool.

After the Snipping Tool displays, open the menu of which you need a picture.
Then, press the key combination Ctrl + PrtScn. It captures the screen, including the menu.
Then, choose the Mode, choose the kind of snip you wish, and then mark the portion of the screen that you wish.
