The latest application as pertaining ms word is ms word 2010. It comes with added features like enabling you to save your document in a vast variety of formats like pdf, picture formats and many others. Like ms word 2007, it has the compatibility feature that allows you to save your documents in a format that is editable in the other versions like 2003. It also has improved formatting effects such as gradient fills and reflections, it enables you to choose from more customizable office themes, has quite impressive smart art graphics and has a navigation pane that makes it even easier to browse through the document.
It is quite impressive working with ms word 2010.

Microsoft Office Word 2010 is the latest version 2 years ago. But as of the moment, Microsoft Office 2013 is fast approaching. Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 RT, which includes Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office OneNote, will come with ARM-based Windows 8 devices, including the recently announced Microsoft Surface slate.
