Laser sensor of the Darkonia device ?

Darkonia device for gamers has been released by the sharkoon. I need to know does the device run on the old  Avago ADNS-9500 laser sensor ? Or sharkoon has offered somethning new this time ?

Laser sensor of the Darkonia device ?

 

Darkonia device for gamers run for the latest version of Avago ADNS-9500. Fast mouse movements up to 30G are transmitted without loss and delay. In fact, the key response time is 1 millisecond. It has a bright red LCD display that indicated the selected DPI rate. It has a four way scroll wheel, large on board memory, ten programmable keys, and multiple user profile. It is made of high quality materials with durable ceramic glide feet, gold-plated USB plug and a connector cable. The Avago ADNS-9500 sensor provides up to 5,000 DPI, an 11,750 FPS frame rates and acceleration force up to 30G.
