Which laptop is best for school and travel purposes

Hello,

I am looking for a laptop for school and travel, so it has to be reasonably light weight and have a good battery life. I would also like a full sized keyboard and a track pad, not the eraser type thing if possible.

Lastly, I do not want anything that is made in China like: Dell, HP, Apple, Acer, or any other cheap brand out there, but may be inclined if it has all the features I am looking for.

Thanks for any help and all info is appreciated.

Regards,

Daren Lehman

Try checking the Samsung N270 Intel Atom out.

One of the lightest at 2.8 lbs, it has a 10.1 screen size and lasts up to 10.5 hours without a power adapter. It also has a full-sized 12-inch notebook style keyboard and a large touchpad. It has a robust slim line casing and is extremely portable. It costs $409.00 available in Best Buy stores.
