Laptop goes to sleep mode even when in use

Hello,

I have a weird problem with my Acer laptop whereby it automatically goes to sleep mode in the middle of operations. I know it should go to sleep when not in use but it doesn’t do that. Sometimes am in the middle of surfing, watching movie, playing a game etc. Any ideas why it is behaving this way?

When using your laptop while its charging and it reaches the critical level, it will go to Sleep mode automatically and it will wake up when you plug in your laptop. To fix this, Click Start and then go to Control Panel. Go to Power Options and then alter the settings. Click the drop down menu beside the Put your computer to sleep option and change it to Never. Then click on Save Changes button.
