Kofax 8 – error appears when viewing a report

The Kofax 8 I am using on my machine keeps on prompting for an error. This error appears when viewing a report "Year, Month, and Day parameters, describe a un-repersentable Date Time"
I usually run the viewer first thing in the morning and this is the first time I encountered the problem. I already restarted the computer, and checked for any broken links, however, the problem is still unresolved. Only the report viewer is having a problem because other Categories like Scan, Manager and Batch are working just fine. I would appreciate any suggestions in order to fix the error I am getting. A screenshot of the error is attached for reference.

Kofax 8 – error appears when viewing a report

Hi, try to check your local settings, then format the date.  Just be sure that the date matches the one on the KC server. Or if you want another option, you can try different variants.  Hope this will help you but if not, I will give you some links:

Hello Scott Broek,



If you want to resolve the problem then you have to see the date and time format from the server that it matches to the date and time format of yours. The time zone and formats are different from different ares so you have to see that in the server what format is used after that you have to set it according to your need so that you can get rid of the error next time.
