Hello Denine,

You are getting that error message because of one of the following two reasons:

  • The installer you are using is infected by malware or viruses. You will therefore need to get another setup application from the internet, or purchase another for the one you are using right one could crash your PC.
  • Your computer is infected by malware or viruses. In that case, you cannot be able to install an antivirus software successfully. It is recommended that before you start using the PC especially on the internet or using USB devices like flash disks on it you make sure that it has an antivirus installed, and it should be up to date. This may force you to reformat your PC, and then make sure you install the antivirus first.

Regards,

Carl

Dear User,

The reason of this error is Kaspersky Internet Security Product do not support any server versions.

The reason for this is Kaspersky is a home user product. Since server 2003 is a server product and its used in a different environment for different tasks. Kaspersky doesn’t support this

Because Server based Operating Systems require special protection rather than home users.

Thank you
