Hey, the outlook error 0x800ccc0f comes when you make the send or the receive SMTP emails respectively. It can occur without notify the systems as well. Also can damage the server and interrupts the same as well. Try contacting the server administration for the problem or do below things:
• First go to start > control panel.
• Next open the network connections simultaneously.
• Next right click the LAN options.
• Later switch off the firewall by moving to the security tab.
• The solutions are done and try restraint to get its effects.

I don’t think you can send a single email message with that kind of setup in Microsoft Office Outlook. In the first place, the error is obvious. I’m not sure if that is a test message because you are sending that email message using the “[email protected]” email address and that will not work no matter how many times you try it.

If you want to successfully send an email message in Microsoft Office Outlook, your profile or account should have a valid and working email address. To fix that problem, go to your account settings in Office Outlook and enter your correct email address. After entering the right email address, perform a test send again to make sure your account is working and you can successfully send an email message.
