Hello There,
I am using a Techsmith product named Jing. This is screen capture software.

I installed it on my Windows XP Sp 2.
Â
The System has 2.0 GHz Dual Core AMD Processor,80 GB Hard drive space and 2 GB of RAM.

Whenever I start the application I get the error displayed below:

Windows can check online for a solution to this problem.
Check online for a solution and close the program

Jing has stopped working,close the program
This problem often occurs when we install a software and when it requires a restart. We open it without restarting but this is not the case all the times. I would suggest you to cleanly uninstall the program. Also delete registry entries to uninstall completely. From windows uninstall it is not completely uninstalled so first install "Revo Uninstaller" from the link below:

Now install it and open it. In uninstaller windows right click "jing" and click "uninstall". Now select "Advanced" in Uninstall Mode, This will allow to remove leftover entries from registry. Now click "Next" and confirm uninstallation. Now after scanning click "Next". And you are done. Restart and then fresh install your software.

Your program is not working properly due to the following reasons:

There is less memory in your computer to run your program.
You can reinstall the software to overcome these errors.
