Is my system protected from Malware and viruses even I can't search avast silent during the scanning period?

As long you have installed avast your computer is safe from malware and viruses.

Avast Silent is a functionality of the antivirus to not interrupt you on your work It automatically deletes a virus if it has found.

You don't have to worry if you can't search the avast silent, it is running on your background and gradually scans your system if it has a virus or not.

As long as your antivirus software is running perfectly and is regularly being updated, I’m not sure if a virus can still escape and penetrate your system without being detected by the scanner. Just remember to keep it well updated to make it aware of the recent virus signatures. Even if you are using the latest version of your antivirus but you are not updating it regularly, your system will still be vulnerable to different forms of attacks.
