Hi,

Our ITO under full Admin rights is using Autodesk Map 3D 2010 and everything works very normal.

It looks for files on the Autodesk CD and wants to reload part of the software, when normal user then tries to open ESRI ArcGIS 9.3.My operating system is Windows XP. See the following error message:

A work-around we found was to turn off the "Show Startup Dialog" box in the Options menu.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

The company you are working on which software is used you have to purchase the single CD for this otherwise such sort of problem could not be solved and these problems are not because of the software this problem arose due to some other issues like the in CD writing some sort of files miss and due to this the software does not work properly and this problem is due to the same factor. So I suggest you to purchase the DVD of the software and then install that DVD this problem will get out of your way. This is not the big issue but this issue is due to low space of CD and big software should be written in DVD.
